Vōx was invited to perform at the 2023 Kaneko Soirée featuring "Experimenta de Vacuo Spatio" by Linda Fleming. Vōx dancers Erin Brandt, Maria Reyes Vazquez, and Rachel Tobin choreographed a looping movement phrase inspired by Fleming's work. The dancers created a juxtaposition of unison walking with sweeping, dramatic movement. The piece flowed through the exhibit, vacillating between pedestrian and ethereal. Counterbalances between dancers implied static poses, but extended beyond expectation creating an illusion of certainty in the structure while ultimately resulting in a new form.
